Billing, refunds and canceling

Starter costs $19 a month on monthly billing or $9 a month, billed yearly, as read on October 13, 2026. The terms accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, charge on a recurring basis until you cancel, may add sales tax, and say prices can change at any time. You can try it for 7 days before paying anything, and its AI info page says the trial asks for no credit card; Yay! Forms free trial covers the trial.

Its AI info page and comparison pages call the refund a 7-day money-back guarantee, while the terms describe a request that is reviewed under a refund policy they do not reproduce, so a refund is a request, not a promise. Cancellations need at least 15 days' notice before the next billing cycle to take effect.

Data, workspace access and compliance

The privacy policy says personal information is stored or processed wherever the company or its partners maintain facilities, and allows disclosure to service providers such as hosting and data storage. The terms make you responsible for your own data, and say Google Sheets data is used only to write your own submissions into your sheet. An invite gives a person access to every form and response in a workspace, per the help center.

On compliance, Yay! Forms' AI info page says it has no HIPAA-eligible plans and no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification, and its terms say the site is not tailored to HIPAA. Its privacy policy and terms never mention GDPR, so this page makes no GDPR claim.
