Yay! Forms free trial: how long it lasts and what it includes

The Yay! Forms free trial lasts 7 days, and there is no free plan after it. Its pricing FAQ says you have 7 days to try it and keep your account if you like it, and each plan card carries a "Start free trial" button. Starter then costs $19 a month on monthly billing or $9 a month, billed yearly, for 200 form submissions (submitted forms) a month, as read on October 13, 2026.

The pricing page and the home page do not say whether the trial needs a card. Yay! Forms' AI info page, updated July 6, 2026, says it needs no credit card and includes the Plus features, and its NPS page also says no card. Plus is $39 a month on monthly billing. Treat these as the vendor's own claims.

What to test in the 7 days

Spend the 7 days on one real form. Test responses made in the preview do not count toward your monthly form submissions.

1. Build a form with a logic jump (a "Go to" rule that sends the respondent to any question or ending screen) and a hidden field (a value passed in the form link and saved with the response).
2. Publish it, then open it on a phone and as an embed; the pricing page lists six embed types.
3. Connect Google Sheets or Slack from the Integrate tab. The Slack help article says Slack needs Plus or higher and that the trial includes it.
4. Run Insights, an AI summary of one field's answers for a period you pick, on a field with at least 5 non-null responses.

The pricing FAQ says to contact support to migrate Typeform forms; get that confirmed in writing.

After the trial: plans, refunds and canceling

After the trial you pick a plan or cancel, in the vendor's words. Its pages do not describe what happens on day 7 if you do neither.

Per the terms, you can request a refund by email within 7 days of the first payment, and Yay! Forms reviews each request under a refund policy the terms do not reproduce. Some of its pages call this a money-back guarantee, so treat it as a request. Cancellations need at least 15 days' notice before the next billing cycle to take effect; Yay! Forms pricing covers where its pages disagree on canceling.
